Learning Support teachers support students with learning disabilities and academic challenges who are below grade level have success. They support these students by providing one on one or small group instructions. These students have an Individual Education Plan (IEP) which has goals and objectives the student will work on for the year. The learning support teacher also collaborates with the students classroom teacher, they work together to meet the needs of the student.
