Fitness Activity for Week of June 1st
There are 3 parts to this lesson:
- Warm Up
Make sure you are in a location where you have space to exercise safely before you start.
Once you have found a good location; Let’s start the session with some flexibility and mobility exercises.(Click to Start)

- Work Out
Now you should be loose and ready to go. Today we are going to be doing a core workout. Don’t forget to work hard and focus on your form.
